| Inderwicks | 45 Carnaby Street | W1 | England's oldest pipe marker, founded in 1797. In more recent years Inderwicks had a shop on Bear Street which in the 1990s became part of the Bear and Staff pub a range of memorabilia is displayed on the downstairs walls of the pub. | |

NW6 4EE | Maxibond had a very smart shop in the North of London. They installed their cigar club under the shop just before the smoking ban was introduced. It was reported as being closed by a reader of Aficionado early in 2010. | |
